    1. Monday was the Vision Forum photo shoot. I like falling asleep on the way because then I miss the car sickness!
    2. I found a dead tarantula Monday after we got home while weed eating :(
    3. It got down to about __ degrees.
    4. The seven key and the zero key on this computer do not work.
    5. My Aunt Annette ( the same who I scared with the live tarantula) got married.
    6. I signed up for Dun dun dun du!!!!!!!!!! PAPERBACK SWAP!!!!!!!
    RECIPE:
    Mexican Casserole
2 1/2 lbs. of hamburger meat
2 cans of beans (black beans if you cannot think of anything else)
2 cans of tomatoes and green chillies
1 can of corn or hominy
1 large can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 2o pack of tortillas
    1/8 cup of taco seasoning
    Some grated Cheddar cheese
    1. Brown in a large pan hamburger meat.
    2. Add beans, tomatoes, corn, taco seasoning, and cream soup ,
    3. stir.
    4. stir.
    5. stir.
    6. Using a 9x13 pan put enough of your mixture to cover the bottom.
    7. Put down a layer of tortillas
    8. A bit more filling this time and some cheese on top.
    9. One more layer.
This recipe makes 2 pans. For the second pan we either take it to church and give it to one of the families, or freeze it and cook it on one of those really crazy days when you get up and all of a sudden it's 5:oo pm.

Hello! Your recipe sounds wonderful - I can't wait to try it. I love your comment "one of those days when you get up and all of a sudden it's 5pm" - I know exactly how that feels! ;-)

    Best wishes,

    Hilary.
