My Dad wants me to learn HTML for part of my school

One of the things I might do with the HTML I learn is make a new template for my blog.

My address is:

I did this whole post in the "Edit Html" tab.

I can make things backwards!Look:

Put your cursor over TX, the two HTML, and RD.

Oops! I forgot to do the recipe after all those clues! Well I'll do it now the recipe is...

APPLE TURNOVERS!
I got this recipe from a Little House on The prairie cook book of mine.

This recipe will make 12 rather large turnovers.

FOR THE CRUST:

  • 4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/3 cup shortening
  • 12-16 Tbs cold water

1) Stir together flour and salt

2) Add shortening and cut ( cutting is rolling it around in the flour and chopping it up with fork)

3) sprinkle 2 Tbs of water and roll it back and forth in the bowl. Repeat till all is moistened. When you are done set aside to chill

FOR THE FILLING:

  • 6-8 Apples
  • 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon or nutmeg

Peel, core, slice, and chop apples. Mix them in a bowl with brown sugar, and spice. Set aside to chill. Divide the crust up in 12 even balls, then roll one ball out until it is 1/8 inches thick. Now get the apple filling out of the fridge and put about 3 Tbs of it on the middle of the crust. wet the edges with water or the juice in the bottom of your mixing bowl and fold the crust in half, and press the edges of it together with a fork.

TO BAKE THE TURNOVERS

Preheat the oven to 425 as you butter the baking sheets. Transfer the turnovers to the sheets and bake 20-25 minutes, until they are nicely browned.

TO FRY THE TURNOVERS

You'll need 4 tsp. of butter. Put half the butter in a skillet. Put about 3 turnovers in and cook on medium-high heat 10 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining pastries.

Dust warm turnovers with powdered sugar and let them cool.

THE END.

I finished early. I read the new testament all the way through for the first time! And it only took 25 days, I read 10 chapters a day, except today I read 17 so I could finish early. Mom said that she was going to take us out for a treat. :)

Once upon an evening when we were doing family worship Rachael was tipping her chair. I wasn't paying attention to but after a couple of minutes she tipped to far and fell back, a couple of days later she tipped to far but this time as she started to fall she screamed "Fall fall faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" so Dad caught her that time. Ever since when ever someone tips their chair and Rachael sees it she runs over to push there chair into place yelling " No faaaall" or "Uh-oh fall"
